- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts

- Working hours: Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 – no night shifts

ABOUT THE POSITION

Join the customer support team of a world-famous jewellery brand. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll help customers mainly via email and chat, with some phone contact, making sure every order ends with a smile. You'll solve delivery delays, missing or damaged items and size exchanges, using a handful of easy-to-learn tools.

WHAT WE OFFER

- No previous experience required – full training provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support customers after purchase via email, chat and phone

- Resolve delivery delays, missing or damaged items and exchanges

- Handle back-office tasks to keep operations running smoothly

- Work with 3–5 internal and external tools

- For some markets, reply to customers on social media

REQUIREMENTS

- Native or fluent Dutch

- C1-level English

- Excellent written communication skills

- Good PC skills, including MS Office

- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute

- Strong multitasking skills

- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

- Right to work in the EU
